Hylant experts developed a bespoke web-based, mobile-friendly platform for accessing and distributing 7,300+ auto ID cards and claim kits.
Challenge
A client had a fleet of 7,300+ automobiles, spread across their operations in all 50 states. Ensuring that all drivers had the correct, legally compliant auto ID cards in hand prior to renewals, managing the distribution of ID cards as new autos or drivers were added throughout the policy term, and disseminating customized claim packets was an enormous administrative burden on all parties.
Solution
Hylant custom designed a web- based, mobile-friendly software solution that enables each driver to access, download, and/ or print auto ID cards and claim packets on demand.
An intuitive design with easy- to-follow instructions help the driver select the correct type of card (fleet or VIN-specific), according to the state's laws. For VIN-specific states, individualized cards are sortable by the driver's name for easy access. In states that require watermarked hard-copy cards, a timeline and information on distribution is provided.
Instant access to claim kits is also provided.
Today, access to new and replacement cards is immediate. Instructions can be updated easily and as needed throughout the year.
