Hylant Named Top Workplace by Detroit Free Press

Detroit, MI November 15, 2021 – Hylant Detroit has been ranked a Top Workplace by the Detroit Free Press, which recognizes the companies employees say are the best to work for.

The annual Top Workplaces list ranks 155 companies and organizations in Michigan, based on responses from employee surveys. Organizations with 50 or more employees may be nominated. From there, employees are sent a 24-question survey, conducted between April and July. Survey results are evaluated, giving a final ranking for those businesses officially deemed a Top Workplace. This year, more than 300 Michigan businesses participated in Top Workplaces.

“This past year has been challenging, but one thing we know for certain – we are stronger together,” said McDaniel. The win speaks to Hylant’s ability to navigate the complexities of a mid-pandemic office life while ensuring employees have been able to care for themselves, their families and their clients.
