Hylant Named a "Best and Brightest in Wellness" Winner
September 11, 2020
DETROIT, Mich., September 11, 2020 — Hylant announced it has been named a “Best and Brightest in Wellness®” winner which recognizes and celebrates quality and excellence in health awareness. This unique program highlights companies, schools, faith-based groups, and organizations that promote a culture of wellness; and those that plan, implement, and evaluate efforts in employee wellness to make their business and the community a healthier place to live and work. Every year companies throughout Michigan compete to be named one of “Best and Brightest in Wellness.” Only companies that distinguish themselves as having the most innovative and thoughtful wellness practices can be bestowed with this honor.
“It is a tremendous honor to once again be recognized as a leader in wellness consulting. Assisting our clients with their wellbeing initiatives is a very rewarding aspect of our client partnerships,” said Michael Nixon, Senior Vice President, SE Michigan Employee Benefits Leader.
The 2020 winning companies were evaluated by an assessment created and administered by SynBella, the nation’s leading wellness systems firm. Company entries are examined statistically for quantitative and qualitative data. Each survey was scored on a point system based upon criteria to benchmark and improve wellness program effectiveness. They include outcomes, analysis, tracking, participation and incentives, benefits and programs, leadership, employee input, culture and environment.
The Best and Brightest in Wellness Winners will be honored during the virtual Illuminate Business Summit week long celebration, October 26-29, 2020. The designated date for the digital Wellness awards show is October 27th. The Illuminate Business Summit will highlight wellbeing content, superb education, connection, engagement, and inspiration for all employees of the Best and Brightest Community.
