Hylant Expands Global Captive Solutions Team with Four New Hires

Toledo, OH September 26, 2023 – Hylant has added four new employees to the Hylant Global Captive Solutions team, continuing its mission to support and invest in the increasing needs of clients across the United States.

Tara Albright has joined as senior captive account manager; Brandon Casler is the company’s newest captive account manager; Frank Aubrey brings his skills as captive underwriter and compliance specialist; and Erin Hackett joins as an account executive.

Albright comes to Hylant with over 20 years of experience ranging in areas from insurance to tax and compliance. As the senior captive account manager, she will work closely with clients to develop strategic solutions to their wide range of complex situations.

Casler joins the team as a resourceful problem solver who leverages his communication skills to gain buy-in and build strong cross-functional relationships to produce positive client outcomes. With a strong background in accounting experience in full-service resorts, not-for-profit, government and transportation, Casler will support the accounting for clients’ captive insurance entities and ensure compliance with all legal regulations.

Aubrey brings a wealth of knowledge of the underwriting and compliance space to the captive’s team. With strong experience in strategic planning and risk management, Aubrey will help bring a new perspective to Hylant’s client teams. With more than 15 years of underwriting experience, he will collaborate with clients and internal teams to identify and recommend insurance solutions for captives.

Hackett, a Certified Public Accountant, specializes in auditing captive and traditional insurance companies. A well-known industry veteran, Hackett will share her experience in a variety of industries with the captive team and clients. She brings her vast experience in accounting to her position as an account executive for captive clients.
