Hylant Cleveland Named Top Workplace of 2022

Cleveland, OH June 27, 2022 – Hylant has been ranked a Top Workplace of 2022 by The Plain Dealer for the 10^th consecutive year, the company announced Tuesday.

Each year, the Top Workplaces list ranks 220 companies, nonprofits, schools and other employers, according to responses from anonymous employee surveys. Those survey responses are then assessed to determine “organizational health,” the core elements of an organization that employees value most. Employee feedback is also provided to participating organizations to offer insight on areas of improvement. This year, Hylant has ranked 101 out of 220 employers.
