Four Hylant Employees Named Power Broker Award Winners, Finalists

Toledo, OH February 27,2023 – Hylant is proud to announce four employees have been named finalists for the 2023 Risk & Insurance Power Broker Award.

The finalists and winners are:

• Bob Grigas – Senior Vice President, Client Executive – At large winner
• Jessica Xie – President, China Practice – Manufacturing Winner
• Anne Marie Towle – CEO, Global Captive Solutions – Captives Finalist
• Adam Miholic – Senior Consultant, Global Captive Solutions – Captives Finalist

The Power Broker award recognizes and promotes outstanding risk management and customer service among the brokerage community. There are anywhere from four to six winners across different industry categories along with a handful of finalists that stood out to the panel. This award is unique in that it’s heavily based on interviews with clients. The nominees from Hylant presented innovative solutions involving named clients, who were then interviewed by the editors at Risk & Insurance.

The winners are selected from the strength of client testimonials. Risk & Insurance editors and writers select the most compelling testimonials for the candidates that best fit the criteria. To be considered as a Power Broker, one must be nominated by any source including a client, insurer, brokerage firm, service provider or individual broker. The client reference is then interviewed and the judging team meets to review all of the interviews and application to determine the strongest referrals to win the award.
