Talent For the Future

The insurance industry as a whole is on the brink of a talent crisis, with an anticipated 400,000 open jobs in the next 10 years due to retirements. Hylant is not immune to this issue and has invested in targeted efforts to attract and retain early career professionals.

  • Enhanced career path planning and learning & development for all team members
  • Developed an early career program, Foundations, designed to attract and develop sales and service individuals in a hands-on cohort
  • Strengthened our summer internship program, encompassing more meaningful work that adds value to Hylant and helps the intern build their resume
