James Slotnick has communicated to brokers and clients how election results impact the employee benefits ecosystem. He has a bachelor's degree from Saint Anselm College, an MBA from Suffolk University's Sawyer School of Management, and a JD from Suffolk University Law School. He is also a member of the Massachusetts Bar.

Ben Conley has a broad-based practice that focuses on all aspects of employee benefits, executive compensation, fiduciary governance, and data privacy. He garners nationwide recognition for his thought leadership on health and welfare plan design and compliance issues. Ginny Crisp, PharmD, BCACP, leads the Hylant pharmacy consulting practice, assisting clients with their pharmacy strategies. She is highly skilled in pharmacy benefit management, benefits design, pharmacy benefit management vendor selection, pharmacy benefit contracting and clinical pharmacy.

Teri Glass brings over two decades of multifaceted employee benefits experience, spanning strategic, developmental and leadership roles across major insurance carriers, a Medicare Advantage startup, a regional insurance agency and direct employer engagement. At Hylant, she provides vital leadership in communication and employee engagement, focusing on enhancing clients' investments in their employee populations.
