Hylant Named to 2026 RISE Elite 50 Internships List

Toledo, OH October 1, 2026 — Hylant, one of the largest privately held insurance brokers in the United States, is proud to announce its internship program has been named to the 2026 RISE Elite 50 Internships List for the second consecutive year. The annual recognition identifies the top 50 internship programs in the insurance industry nationwide.

Each year, RISE (Rising Insurance Star Executives) evaluates and celebrates organizations that are shaping the future of the industry by creating impactful, high-quality internship experiences. Honorees are selected based on mentorship opportunities, leadership development, experiential learning, professional development, and overall program impact.

For the second year in a row, Hylant was also recognized in the “Dedicated to Practical Learning” category, highlighting the program’s emphasis on real-world experience and meaningful skill development.

Hylant’s internship program provides students with immersive, hands-on experience across multiple areas of the insurance and risk management industry, including business insurance, employee benefits, risk management, and client services. Participants work directly with clients, contribute to strategic initiatives, and collaborate with experienced professionals who are passionate about mentorship and career development. Interns also complete a team capstone challenge and can qualify for a $5,000 scholarship through the Council of Insurance Agents & Brokers.
