Based on a third-party survey scoring 30 items across six categories—communication and resources, manager effectiveness, team dynamics, individual needs, personal engagement, and trust in leadership—Hylant's Orlando office ranked 15^th for medium-sized companies.

Hylant's Orlando office was also recently honored with a Florida Trend Best Companies to Work for in Florida award in 2024, further solidifying its reputation as an exceptional workplace.
