Hylant Named a Best Place to Work in Insurance for 18th Consecutive Year

Toledo, OH – October 2, 2026 – Hylant, one of the largest privately held insurance brokers in the United States, is proud to announce it has been named a Best Place to Work in Insurance by Business Insurance for the 18th consecutive year.
The annual program, presented by Business Insurance and Best Companies Group, recognizes agents, brokers, insurers, and other providers with the highest levels of employee engagement and satisfaction. Honorees are selected through a two-part assessment: an employer questionnaire covering policies, practices, and demographics, and a confidential employee survey. Responses are evaluated across eight areas, including leadership and planning, corporate culture and communications, role satisfaction, work environment, training and development, and pay and benefits.
