Caroline Erdman Wins Emerging Talent Award at the Captive Review USA Awards 2026

Toledo, OH, June 11, 2026 — Hylant is proud to announce that Caroline Erdman, Captive Consultant on Hylant's Global Captive Solutions team, has been named the Emerging Talent winner at the Captive Review USA Awards 2026. The award was presented June 10 in Chicago, Illinois, at a ceremony that brought together hundreds of captive insurance professionals to celebrate excellence and innovation across the industry.

The Emerging Talent award recognizes rising professionals who are making a meaningful impact early in their careers. Now in its fifteenth year, the Captive Review USA Awards received more than 140 entries across company and individual categories, underscoring the depth and strength of the U.S. captive insurance market.

Erdman joined Hylant in June 2023 after graduating from the University of South Carolina, where she double majored in finance and insurance and risk management. She began as a Captive Account Manager before moving into her current role as Captive Consultant in November 2023. In her role, she helps companies evaluate whether a captive insurance company aligns with their strategic goals.

This is the latest in a growing list of industry recognitions for Erdman, who was named to Captive International's FORTY Under 40 list in 2025 for her leadership and impact in the captive insurance space.
