Hylant Moves Up Six in 100 Largest Brokers Report

TOLEDO, Ohio July 12, 2019 – Business Insurance magazine has released its annual “100 Largest Brokers of U.S. Business” report and Hylant has moved up six places to rank 29th. One of the largest family-owned and privately held insurance brokerages in the country, Hylant saw a 9.3% increase over its 2017 results. CEO Mike Hylant attributes the leap to organic growth.

“Hylant looks for growth primarily through gaining market share from our 16 office locations in seven states,” he said. “We also seek it by acquisitions. But we are very measured, targeting only those firms that have superior cultural alignment around delivering an outstanding client experience.”
