Hylant Indiana Expanding, Adding 100 New Employees

Indianapolis, IN July 20, 2021 – Hylant, one of the country’s largest privately owned insurance brokerage firms, will be expanding its Indiana presence and adding 100 new employees to the workforce, announced Clay Jennings, regional partnership leader for Hylant Indiana.

For more than 85 years, Hylant has served the business community as a trusted advisor, providing brokerage services for business insurance, employee benefits, and personal insurance. As technology, AI and globalization bring more opportunities to businesses and individuals, the risk grows. “Over the past year business leaders have been presented with new and complex challenges, many of which come with unique risks. Our mission is to ensure they have the best protection in place,” said Jennings. “We are continuing to expand our service offerings and hire top talent so Hylant can deliver the best outcomes for our customers.”

Hylant will be adding employees in sales, client service, claims, captives, cyber and transaction solutions teams. Additional talent will be brought in to expand the One Advisor team – a group of dedicated professionals providing a holistic approach to breaking down insurance silos within organizations.
