Hylant Adds Joe Herman as Senior Vice President, M&A and Transaction Solutions

TOLEDO, Ohio, Feb. 3, 2020 – Hylant, one of the largest privately held insurance brokers in the U.S., welcomes Joe Herman to the role of senior vice president, m&a and transaction solutions. With over 25 years of business experience, Herman will work with Strategic Risk Advisor Kip Irle to develop the company’s private equity and mergers and acquisitions groups.

Herman has a master’s in business administration from University of Notre Dame and a bachelor’s from Defiance College.
