The
Hylant Group has supplemental compensation arrangements
with some insurance companies and premium finance
companies. These compensation arrangements are
company specific and vary by company. We may
receive additional compensation typically based
on growth or profitability or retention or a
combination of these factors. The additional
compensation payable under the contracts represents
less than 1% of written premium by the Hylant
Group. We are able to provide more specific
information at the individual client's request.
